We love custom projects. Whether you want a personalized design, a special print, or a custom branding package, contact us through our Custom Work page or email us directly.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we start processing to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the USA and Canada with the intention of adding select international destinations very soon. Wherever you are, Scarlet Maple can find its way to you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Canada/USA:

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We do our best to keep rates affordable using our flat rate system.
What is your return policy for custom-made items?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To initiate this process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographs of the damaged item along with your order number. This documentation is essential for us to assess the issue and proceed accordingly.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photographs of the damage and your order number in your message. Once we receive and review the documentation, we'll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
What sizes do you offer?
Most of our apparel is available from Small to 2XL, but sizing may vary depending on the item. Please check individual product pages for specific size charts.
Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
Since our products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product defects or damage. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Are your prints and designs original?
Absolutely! All artwork, photography, and designs at Scarlet Maple are original creations made with passion, purpose, and a bit of wit.
What materials are your products made from?
We prioritize comfort and quality. Most of our clothing is made with soft, breathable cotton blends. Full material details are listed on each product page.
How does the custom design process work?
Once you contact us with your idea, we’ll collaborate with you to create a design that’s completely unique. We’ll go over ideas, drafts, and final approvals before production starts.
